Hi everyone! My name is Elaine Sparkes (aka Lainey) and I am the founder of Lainey Sparkes Dance Fitness.

My aim is to encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities (yes even those with two left feet!) to come and dance with me in a fun dance fitness class that will make you smile and forget that you are exercising. 

If you can't make it to my local classes or if class is cancelled you can now watch my classes online! Simply use the options below to buy your class and follow along in the comfort of your own home.

Once you have purchased a class it will be only be available for 24 hours so please schedule this in for when you're ready to dance.
